Q: How do I sign in?
A: Use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In from the onboarding screen or Settings.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to Settings > Delete Account. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Q: How do I upgrade to Premium?
A: Tap "Upgrade" in Settings to view subscription options.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Go to iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Hanzi Roast > Cancel.
Q: How do I restore purchases?
A: Go to Settings > Restore Purchases in the app.

Q: How is my score calculated?
A: Scores are based on stroke order (10%), shape accuracy (45%), direction (25%), and proportions (20%).
Q: What do the ranks mean?
A: Ranks represent your mastery level within each HSK level, from "Clueless Tourist" to "Honorary Native" (5 ranks per level).
Q: How does the AI Shifu work?
A: All users receive personalized feedback powered by AI during the free trial and with a subscription. Choose your Shifu's personality: brutal, sarcastic, or supportive.
